Meet Charles, known fondly as "Chuck" to those around him. For the past eight years, he's called Naples home, alongside his beloved wife Veronica. Together, they've built a beautiful and loving family filled with the laughter of their four children and the boundless joy of their four grandchildren.
Chuck's journey through life has been nothing short of remarkable. With a career spanning four decades, he's left an indelible mark on the legal landscape. From his early days as the first prosecutor on the scene at the infamous Watergate burglary to his Presidential appointment as Deputy Administrator of the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration under Presidents Nixon and Ford, his dedication to justice has been unwavering.
Chuck also flourished in the private sector, rising to prominence as a partner and global head of litigation in a prestigious international law firm. He led the firm’s Washington office for fourteen years, and reached the highest echelons of legal society as the elected President of the Washington, D.C. Bar. He left an enduring legacy in one of the nation's largest bar associations.
Chuck's career is peppered with notable achievements, from high-profile cases to accolades like the Rockefeller Public Service Award, recognizing his significant contributions to national issues. Even in retirement, his passion for service remains undimmed. Whether navigating the intricacies of HOA Boards or lending his support to the First Presbyterian Church of Naples, Chuck's commitment to community continues.
